Mr. Kazi Ziaul Hasan
Chairman, Zimi Distribution Ltd.
Mr. Kazi Ziaul Hasan brings more than 25 years of professional experience in the FMCG industry in Bangladesh, with a distinguished career spanning sales, marketing, distribution, and business leadership. His professional journey reflects a steady progression from Sales Officer to Managing Director, driven by strong leadership, strategic vision, and a commitment to excellence.
He began his career with ACI, one of Bangladesh’s leading conglomerates, as a Sales Officer. Through his dedication and performance, he was promoted to Area Sales Manager within three years.
He subsequently served as Sales Manager and General Manager – Sales & Marketing at MF Consumers Ltd., a concern of Multimode Group and the official sales and distribution partner of Johnson & Johnson in Bangladesh.
Mr. Hasan later joined Prestige Bengal, a joint venture between Star Asia Group, Singapore, and Fareast Knitting Ltd., Bangladesh, where he served as Chief Operating Officer. During his tenure, he was involved in the management and market development of prestigious international fragrance, skincare, and personal care brands, including the company’s role as importer and distributor for Coty and other renowned brands.
Before establishing his own venture, he served as Managing Director of Fareast Consumer Products Ltd., further strengthening his expertise in business management, brand development, sales, and distribution.
Today, as Chairman of Zimi Distribution Ltd., Mr. Kazi Ziaul Hasan continues to leverage his extensive industry experience and strategic insight to drive the company’s growth and build sustainable partnerships with leading global brands.
Mr. Md. Mizanur Rahman

Mr. Md. Mizanur Rahman is a successful entrepreneur with more than 25 years of professional experience across diverse business sectors in Bangladesh, including FMCG, telecommunications, and real estate. His entrepreneurial journey reflects strong business acumen, visionary leadership, and a consistent focus on building successful distribution and business ventures.
He began his entrepreneurial career in 1996 as the founder of City Marketing International, establishing the company as a distribution partner of PRAN-RFL, one of Bangladesh’s leading business groups. Over the years, he expanded the company’s portfolio by partnering with renowned FMCG companies and brands including P&G, New Zealand Dairy, and GSK.
Under his visionary leadership, City Marketing International achieved the position of Exclusive Distribution Partner for renowned international brands including Rohto Mentholatum, VLCC, and Jordana in Bangladesh, further establishing its reputation in the distribution industry.
In 2002, Mr. Rahman expanded his entrepreneurial ventures into the telecommunications sector by founding Pioneer Distribution Ltd., which became a distribution partner of Grameenphone for the Dhaka metropolitan area.
He further diversified his business interests into the real estate sector in 2012 by founding Aramaic Real Estate Ltd., adding another dimension to his extensive entrepreneurial experience.
Today, as Managing Director of Zimi Distribution Ltd., Mr. Md. Mizanur Rahman brings his extensive experience, entrepreneurial vision and strategic leadership to drive the company’s growth and strengthen its position as a trusted partner for leading international brands in Bangladesh
